The study conducted policy and technical analysis on the elimination of sachets and how possible new business models (bulk stores and refill stations) could offer a long-term solution for producers to reduce waste from post-consumption sachets. The report analyses the potential implications of the elimination of sachets and the emergence of these new business models to replace sachets. It also provides recommendations on the necessary policies for the improvement of bulk and refill stores and encourages manufacturers to participate in these new business models.
